Information We Collect

Quote requests and contact forms. When you fill out our quote request form we collect the details you enter: your name, company name if any, property address, phone number, email address, property type, the services you are interested in, and your message. If you attach photos, we receive those too.

Phone calls and email. If you call or email us, we keep the notes we need to prepare your estimate and schedule the work.

Automatic information. Like most websites, our hosting provider and any analytics tools we use may record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used in aggregate to keep the site secure and to understand which pages are useful.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your request, schedule an on-site estimate, prepare a written quote, perform and follow up on the work, send invoices, and answer your questions. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business and this website, such as our web hosting company, our email provider, and the form service that delivers your quote request to us.
